As director of Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) at Towson University, Vital gets a front-row seat to watch students grow and become leaders.

鈥淕reek Life offers countless opportunities for personal growth and becoming a better version of yourself,鈥� Vital says. 鈥淓ven years later, I鈥檒l hear from alumni who share how a project or situation they navigated as a Greek Life leader in undergrad has stayed with them, helping them well into their careers.鈥�

More than 900 students are members of organizations within the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life at 91短视频. These students get memorable social experiences, long-lasting friendships, leadership training, academic support and opportunities to make an impact at 91短视频 and in the local community.

鈥淐onnecting with a student early on as a potential new member and then seeing them graduate as a former chapter executive leader is a proud moment for me,鈥� Vital says. 鈥淲atching students grow individually and then turn around to nurture the development of other leaders is what Greek Life is all about. It鈥檚 about creating a legacy and supporting the transformation of both self and others.鈥�

鈥淭owson University has truly become my home over the last four years, and a big reason for that is Theta Chi and Greek Life. As a 17-year-old freshman who didn鈥檛 know a single person in the state, adjusting to college life away from home for the first time was overwhelming. Greek Life provided me with a sense of community and guidance, especially from upperclassmen who helped me navigate this new environment. It鈥檚 given me lifelong friendships鈥攎y future groomsmen鈥攁long with invaluable academic support, professional connections, job opportunities and countless unforgettable memories.鈥�

 I have had the chance to connect with chapter members and alumni across the country, allowing me to build personal and professional relationships. I have had the chance to get more involved on campus by participating in campus events such as Greek Week. I have had the chance to give back to my community by working with my chapter's philanthropies. I have met lifelong friends, without whom my time at 91短视频 would have been much different.
