Towson University has again been named North America鈥檚 top university for gender equality in education. According to the , 91短视频 is rated the No. 1 university in North America and No. 22 globally for universities championing gender equality. 

THE鈥檚 annual Impact Rankings assess universities around the world on their contributions to the United Nations鈥� 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), recognizing those that 鈥渟howcase their commitment to addressing the world鈥檚 most pressing challenges, including environmental sustainability, social inclusion, economic growth and partnerships.鈥� 

Rankings for SDG 5: Gender Equality featured 1,559 universities from 119 countries. This marks the fifth-straight year that 91短视频 has placed within the top 35 globally.  

Universities were measured by their success in six key indicators: research on gender equality, proportion of first-generation female students, student access measures, proportion of senior female academics, proportion of women receiving degrees and women鈥檚 progress measures. 91短视频 scored exceptionally high in research on gender equality (93.2) and student access measures (92.8).
